Have you ever tried to improve your life by tapping into the “Law of Attraction?” Affirmations are a powerful tool to use, once you have an understanding of what they are and how they work.
Here are some key concepts to keep in mind when working with the Law of Attraction:
– Everything in the world comes from a unique source of energy. We are all vibrating beings, and the only difference between you, your pet, or the chair you are sitting on is the frequency at which each vibrates.
– Everything and everyone in the world is interconnected. What we think, say, do, and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the universe around us.
– All the physical objects around us were once non-physical energy that has since manifested in the material world.

– What you can see, touch, taste, smell, or hear was once a thought, an ethereal energy that gained momentum and emerged into your experience following a certain process.
– The energy of your physical body and your emotional state vibrates at a frequency that attracts the people and situations that manifest in your life through a continuous exchange with “Source” (or the Universe/God).
– You can improve what you attract into your life by aligning your energy with the energy of what you want.
– What you focus on gains momentum: energy flows where attention goes.
– Developing your inner knowledge, aiming to feel as good as possible, and expanding your mental horizons are beneficial to manifest satisfactory outcomes.

– You will invariably get what you energetically vibrate. If you surround yourself with inspiring, positive people, it will feel easier to evolve and go after what you want with the right mindset. If you marinate in drama (yours or others’) 24/7, you will get more drama.
– Be selective and only invest your energy into watering the seeds you want to see grow.
– Your emotions are your inner compass. Pay attention to them as they indicate how aligned you are with the people and events in your life.
– Your emotions have been measured in Hz and show that the healthier and happier you feel, the higher you vibrate. Always aim higher.
– You can only attract what vibrates on the same frequency as you. If your chosen affirmation is “disconnected” from your general energetic state, it will not have the desired effect.

– The higher you vibrate, the more positive and enjoyable what you attract will feel. Working on your mindset and your ability to deal with challenges will always place you in an empowered state from which you’ll manifest more easily.
– You are having an ongoing dialogue with “Source” through your energetic state of self. This is a reflection of your well-being and reminds you that what you put in your body matters as much as what you populate your head with.
– You define the frequency of the “messages” you send and the answers you will get from life, all of which are determined by your energetic state.
– If you don’t like the answers you keep receiving in the form of people, situations, and events that happen in your life, change the questions!
– The Universe will answer as quickly and as certainly the high frequencies as it will answer the low frequencies.
Working with an experienced coach who is also qualified in neuroplasticity allows you to address the programs that condition your thought process and usual ways to react to life challenges. This is the safest and quickest way to transform your life and learn to match energetically the energy of what we wish to attract.
Manifesting is truly about learning to communicate with “Source” in the only language it speaks:
Energy, frequency and vibration!

Affirmations are words or phrases that help align our thoughts and emotions with the reality we want to attract. For best results, affirmations should be crafted in the present tense, be positive and achievable. Reciting affirmations in an emotional state that reflects the positive feeling associated with the desire fulfilled can be helpful, or even better, creating a mental image or “mind movie” with a lot of detail that makes it feel real. This helps to impress the mind and emotions with the energy of what is being wished for.
It’s important to understand that the brain vibrates at a certain frequency, and affirmations can be more effective by knowing which frequency to use. This is because the brain is made up of neurons that transmit information through electrical signals, which produce rhythms or wave patterns known as brain waves. The more a particular neural pathway is used, the stronger it becomes. This is why it’s important to break old habits and patterns to attract new results.
The conscious mind represents only 10% of what we’re aware of, while the subconscious mind stores the programs that run 90-95% of our lives. These programs are influenced by our family, friends, education, society and past experiences, and they shape our daily routines and experiences.
The table below shows the best times to practice affirmations based on the four types of brain waves.
Beta waves occur during our busy day and are not ideal for affirmations.
Alpha waves, on the other hand, facilitate relaxation and focus, reduce stress, maintain positive thinking, increase learning capabilities and encourage a state of flow. Scientists have even established that there is a “Super Brain Power” frequency of 528Hz that is best for activating intention and intuition and operating at our highest purpose.
Remember that the words themselves are not as important as the energetic state they evoke. We emit and receive energy, and can only receive the frequency of what we emit. Think of it like tuning into a radio station – if you’re tuned into one station, you can’t hear what’s on another station. Similarly, we need to tune into the right frequency to attract what we desire.

Use this table to help you practice your self-development techniques at the best times of the day. Each type of brain wave is associated with a different state of consciousness.
BETA Waves (12-30 Hz) ALERTNESS AND WAKEFULNESS They are most commonly observed in the frontal lobe of the brain. They are associated with wakefulness, but also with anxiety and stress (daily “busy” life)
ALPHA Waves (8-12 Hz) RELAXATION AND CALMNESS They are most commonly observed in the occipital lobe of the brain. This is the wave emitted when you are in a “meditation” state.
Listening to alpha waves can help you relax and stay focused while studying
THETA Waves (4-8 Hz) are associated with MEDITATION, CREATIVITY AND DREAMING. They are most commonly observed in the temporal lobe of the brain. This is a state of focus, during which you can be more productive.
THETA wave is associated with memory, and believed to help with memory consolidation and recall. Try listening to theta waves while studying.
Sleeping with brain waves music in the background has been proven to help with rewiring your brain
DELTA Waves (0.5-4 Hz) UNCONSCIOUSNESS AND DEEP SLEEP. They are most commonly observed in the parietal and frontal lobes of the brain. This brain wave facilitates a restful night sleep.
Affirmations can be a powerful addition to your self-improvement journey. They work best when used in conjunction with other methods of self-improvement. If you focus on your inner work and involve yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally with affirmations, they can help attract the things you desire.
