MARCH smells of Spring-cleaning, new flowers baskets and renewed energy;

As you reorganise, clean and declutter your house, why not extend this intention to your Body, spirit and mind?

Your BODY needs some T.L.C after such cold winter: Address these little (back and arms!!) tensions, embark on a detox, book a massage or a colonics and resume our exercise routine!

Your MENTAL HEALTH could benefit from spending more time in nature (without these head phones!). You might feel the need to reassess your priorities and goals. as well as how you feel in 2023, 2 months down the line! You might feel called to consult a professional to help you declutter your head space, gain clarity and plan the road ahead according to your desired reality!

March is a busy month for coaches, because the energy is truly pushing us all to reach for “our stars” and make plans to better ourselves and our lives! ACE coaching uses a goal-oriented, clear, personalised road map system , with great results in  my clients personal and professional lives.

This “March” wind of inspiration is there for us all to tap in; discard what no longer fits or serves,   adopt better habits and face challenges with drive!

Are you PLAYFUL? I dare you to surprise yourself everyday this month!

You can train your brain to be more adaptable, and ultimately develop new neurological pathways if you get out of your little routine.

Now this challenge is different because this is not about habits we want to keep, but rather an experiment to trigger a mental expansion: Each day, you have to try something new. This could be a new road to go (or come back) to work, a new food, learning a new skills, or a new language/instrument, go a new place. Just pick one thing every day and shake your routine up. This game will be a very good exercise and is fabulous to expand your mental horizons. I would love to get your feedback on this, guys!

When it comes to improve your life, the power of small changes to establish better habits is grossly understated. The bigger the goal, the most emotionally charged it becomes; triggering mental resistance and old limiting patterns.

As March gives you a renewed sense of energy and possibilities, it’s a great season to consult a coach in order to get a clear vision, and establish a road map to your goals.

Many people don’t “even try” because their goals seem “impossible”. I wish I had asked for a pound every time someone had come up with a similar phrase!!

Imagine that a person is told to lose 40 pounds for health reasons. Without the appropriate support-and ignoring the fact that they should definitely address the emotional triggers and patterns with a holistic practitioner!- this sounds very stressful.

Now, if this person tackles the nutritional, physical, mental, emotional sides all at once and deal with little changes, they WILL get there-probably having fun along the way too! If they swap some of their usual foods for healthier options, and reduce their daily intake by about 500 calories, they will lose about 4-6 pounds per month.

This would result in a weight loss which is greater than what was requested.

This type of approach is powerfully soft and efficient. Small habits and step-by-step approach are fabulous tools when associated with techniques to clear the associated negative emotions, and address both the conscious and subconscious minds programs.

March is really an invitation to knock those limiting blocks on your path to success, indulge in  “problem solving”, and cut down your “BUTs” gently…but surely!

If you get just 1% better at something each day, you’ll end up with results nearly 37 times better after a year?

Think about it: You can establish successfully a new habit in 21 days-that’s a minimal time/energy investment. You could literally adopt 17 habits or tackle a bigger theme…or work on your whole system in a holistic way with a therapist, and ease the process!

Just DON’T TAKE LIFE TOO SERIOUSLY : Your well-being improves proportionally with how much fun you have!

A few studies have examined the health benefits of enjoyable activities/hobbies and concluded that

  • having fun lowers both blood pressure and cortisol,
  • maintain the waist circumference and body mass index,
  • gives people a better perception of their physical functions and a more optimistic outlook on life!!

I take FUN very seriously, and often include a “laughing exercise” in my workshops, for both health benefits and powerful mindfulness effect.

If you want to book a workshop near you and have a minimum of 8 participants, I will travel anywhere! In the meantime, I am SO looking forward to my next “21 days to change your life” (7 weekly zoom sessions -April and May-Now fully booked) If you are interested in taking part in our next one, September: drop me a line!

I wish you a FABULOUSLY REFRESHING month. March (or dance) your way and have fun!

MUCH LOVE
